Private clubs can control its members. Which is privately funded and not with public funds or property. can decide if it is financed by private funds, then the people on the policy. as with a gym, all women, if they pay, then they can deny access. If the state funds in any manner, the rules of discrimination (sex, religion, creed, etc. ..) are applied. basically, if it is your money, then the rules.
